1. Booking & Confirmation

To reserve a slot, send us your name, phone number, and preferred dive package via the booking form or WhatsApp. Slots are held on a first-come basis and confirmed once we’ve replied on WhatsApp with the date, time, and pickup details. Your booking is only final once you receive that confirmation from us.

2. Payment

No payment is taken through this website. You pay in person at the Murudeshwar jetty on the day of your dive — cash or UPI. Prices displayed on the site are per diver and include instructor, gear, and boat transfer to Netrani Island.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling by You

You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your dive time. Cancellations within 24 hours may still be moved to a later date subject to availability, but same-day cancellations without a valid reason may not be refunded once operations have started.

4. Cancellations by Us

Sea conditions, weather, and equipment safety are all factors that can force us to postpone or cancel a dive. If we cancel, we’ll offer you the choice of rescheduling to another date or a full refund of any advance payment. We don’t compensate for travel or accommodation costs arising from such cancellations.

5. Health & Fitness

Scuba diving is a physical activity. You must be in reasonable health to dive with us. Please tell us at the time of booking if you have any of the following:

• Heart or blood pressure conditions.
• Asthma or breathing problems.
• Ear or sinus issues.
• Recent surgery.
• Pregnancy.
• Any condition for which you take regular medication.

Our instructors reserve the right to decline any dive if they judge a diver medically unfit on the day. You dive at your own risk based on the health information you provide.

6. Age & Swimming

The minimum age is 10 years. There is no maximum age provided you meet the health requirements above. You do not need to know how to swim — every dive is one-to-one with a PADI or SSI certified instructor.

7. What’s Included

• PADI/SSI certified instructor, one-to-one.
• Full scuba gear (mask, fins, BCD, regulator, tank).
• Boat transfer from Murudeshwar jetty to Netrani Island and back.
• Safety briefing and dive plan.

Not included: travel to and from Murudeshwar, food and drinks, accommodation, and personal items.

8. Photos & Videos

Underwater photos or videos taken by our instructors may be offered to you as an optional paid add-on. You’re welcome to bring your own camera. We may use dive photos for promotional purposes (website, social media) — if you do not want to appear in such material, let us know before your dive.

9. Safety & Conduct

You agree to follow instructions given by our staff before, during, and after the dive. This includes the safety briefing, equipment checks, and any signals given underwater. Divers who ignore safety instructions, arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behave in a way that puts themselves or others at risk may be refused the dive without a refund.

10. Environment

Netrani Island is a fragile marine ecosystem and part of a protected area. Divers must not touch, feed, or remove any marine life or coral. Littering is strictly prohibited on the boat and at the island.

11. Liability

Scuba Diving Gokarna, its staff, and its partners take every reasonable measure to ensure your safety. However, scuba diving carries inherent risks. By booking with us, you accept those risks and acknowledge that we are not liable for injury, illness, loss of belongings, or other damages arising from your voluntary participation, except where caused by our proven negligence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest change. The terms in effect when you book are the ones that apply to your dive.
